Warranty and Refund Policy
All Street Ambitionz products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty is subject to product failure under normal operating conditions and is only valid with the original purchase order number. Warranty does not cover improper installation or failure due to water exposure. If product failure occurs under normal operating conditions, the product can be sent in to be repaired or replaced.
If a product is defective on arrival (DOA), customer has 14 days to notify Street Ambitionz at which point a return shipping label will be provided. If product failure occurs after 14 days, customer will be responsible for return shipping.
If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by Street Ambitionz. If the product is sent back and deemed to be in working condition, customer will be responsible for any further shipping costs.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Firstly, Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are allowed within 60 days of purchase. Please be advised that any free shipping promotions used on the original order will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will also be deducted from the refundable amount. Due to the high volume of incoming and outgoing packages each day, if the provided RMA number is not clearly marked on the outside of the box it will be refused. We are not responsible for return postage unless the return is required due to our mistake, in which case we will send a pre-paid shipping label.
Due to the nature of our products, Street Ambitionz does not accept returns on custom parts (halos, drl boards, lens etching, projector tuning service, etc.), un-sealed HID bulbs, or any items in our Closeouts section. Our standard restocking fee structure is outlined below.
Tier 1: Perfect condition. (Unopened & like-new) = 90% refund or 100% store credit.
Tier 2: Re-conditionable. (Packaging opened or damaged) = 80% refund or 90% store credit.
Tier 3: Inability to restock. (Product & packaging both damaged) = 70% refund or 80% store credit.
Tier 4: Halos, DRL Boards, Pre-built headlights are only eligible for in-store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are typically done on Thursdays of each week.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
