How to build Custom Subaru Headlights DIY (Part 1) - Street Ambitionz Automotive Lighting

The hardest part about building headlights is just starting and I'm not gonna lie, It can be frustrating. We get it your venturing into a unknown area and the risk of messing up can make you nervous. If your one of the bravest we'll try to show and explain as much as we can in the months to come.

Most of the tools used in video can be found at Harbor Freight. Most of parts used can be found on our website.

The hole point of doing a headlight build is for better light output. It's hard to beat the D2S 4.0. Before you say it "wheres your gloves bro' we are planning on painting these. For the projector we used a step drill bit to widen the hole for the projector to fit. Next we shave down the shroud to fit. Now keep in mind as your doing this, you don't want the perfect fit. Later you'll need to adjust your projector up and down and you need room. The Hi-Lens LED pretty simply but took alot more shaving on the shroud to get it to look right.
